The owners and staff of Knollwood House want your stay to be completely satisfactory and memorable. Our beautiful 1927 English Manor style home is designed with your utmost comfort in mind. • All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
• Prices are subject to change without notice except for reservations secured by a deposit.
• There is a minimum stay of two (2) nights on weekends and holidays, otherwise a $25 surcharge will apply.
• There is an additional charge of $35 per person per night for more than two (2) guests in each room.
• Check-in is between 4:00 – 6:00 pm (other times by prior arrangement).
• Check-out is 11:00 am.
• Deposit Policy: A deposit of one night’s rate per room is required at the time of the reservation for a one to three night stay; for four or more nights, 50% of the total is required at time of the reservation. The credit card (Visa or MasterCard) that is used to guarantee the reservation will be charged the amount of the deposit at the time of the booking.
  Reservations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will be charged in full and are non-refundable. All deposits must be made by credit card at time of reservation. All reservations are guaranteed with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
• Cancellation Policy: If notification of a cancellation is received at least (14) days prior to the arrival date, the deposit is refundable less a $35.00 cancellation fee per room. If notification of a cancellation is received (14) days or less prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable. Early departure falls within our cancellation policy. There are no refunds for early departure. We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire stay. There is a $35 fee for changing a reservation. Cancellations must be made by phone.

• Children over the age of fourteen (14) are welcome at our Inn.
• We regret that we cannot accommodate your pet. However, we would be pleased to assist you in locating a local boarding facility for your pet during your stay.
• For the comfort and consideration of everyone, smoking is permitted only outdoors in designated areas.
• A continental breakfast is available for guests that cannot attend the scheduled breakfast. Please make arrangements with the Innkeepers the prior evening.
• Knollwood House is a member of the Professional Association of Innkeepers International (PAII). We are inspected and approved by North Carolina Bed and Breakfasts Inns Association (NCBBI).
